Re: List of Custom Words
I needed a word for stop. Gev is used for "stop it". I would think that gevar would be the verb to stop. maybe this could be added.

I came across 2 words for "many" in the dictionary
Birov and ori'sol
Is there a difference or is the dictionary wrong on one?

Re: Vode An
I havnt found that. interesting since that is completely different than either of the translations. actually thinking back on the taung the original sounds more of their style. I just want to get this right. I think the mandalorian culture is the was to go and having a solid language is the binding ...

Vode An
Since I want to actually be able to speak the language I figured songs are a good way to start. Vode An caught my attention right away and love it. There are already translations for it but I wanted to practice my own translating. When I did I was puzzled by the last lines of each stanza. What I hav...

Re: The Mando'a Bible Translation Project
Other than that, I suggest not using the name "manda" for "God", as manda is its own concept. I started on the New Testament in Romans, my favorite book. When I saw this^ I tried to figure out another word to use. These are a few new words I tried to create. God- Te'Solus Spirit- Te'Spirit Jesus- J...

Howdy all! Ive been playing swtor mmo since it came out and have since fallen completely in love with my BH and the mandalorian culture. I am a physics and biology teacher but history and culture is my past time. I have discovered and decided to learn mando'a. I've always been quick to understand a ...

Re: Welcome to Learn Mando'a!
Howdy! So after playing my BH on Swtor, I really have been obsessed with learning all about Mandalorians. I am actually a high school biology and physics teacher, but love starwars to the core. Considering my last name really is Vader (comes from the German 'father'), how can I not? I have loved lan...
