Yust'alor definitely sounds good for 'guide', like an official title bestowed upon a navigator. al'yustir or yust'alorir could work as the verb, whichever one sounds more phonetically pleasing.

Yeah that definitely fits the Mando'ade model of lead by example rather than through fear. On another note, for 'to guide' the word could be al'goyir from goyust (road/path) and alor (leader). The noun 'guide' could be simply goy'alor (road leader). It might make sense that the early Mando'ade would...

Su'cuy!!! Correct me if I'm wrong, but I have not found a word for 'servant' in Mando'a. Would the word gaan'urcyin be considered possible?
