Re: written mando'a in rebels

It's an interesting theory - I've gotten fairly decent at writing with a pencil (my bastardized letters at least) but I should try it with calligraphy. Might be easier to get the real thing.

Re: Random Quotes

I haven't been able to find a translation for 'Ultimate' as in 'Mandalor the Ultimate'.
Anyone got a translation for that?

Re: Mandalorian Writing Systems

So I noticed that there isn't a letter for the english c, or u, or w?

I suppose c can be substituted by s and k, and u by the oo, but what would I use for a w?

Re: The Mando'a Bible Translation Project

Great to have you, vod! Personally, I learned best by doing. I learned Mando'a (as much as I can say I've "learned" a language I can't converse in yet) by jumping in and translating something. It looks intimidating, but it's mostly English with different vocabulary and new prefixes and suffixes. Th...

Last attempt.
Could you, if it isn't too much trouble, write the alphabet out larger? I'm having a bit of trouble seeing the lines of how you hand wrote it.

Re: Hopefully I can help: A Discussion Thread

Quick question: So I've noticed, in my research of the alphabet, that there are several (two?) different alphabets. Which one is cannon/are y'all using?

Re: Welcome to Learn Mando'a! (Post Here to Introduce Yourself)

With that I thought, 'why not learn Mando'a!' along with the other two languages I am currently learning (russian, spanish) and those I want to le...
