Hi,
I'm new to the forum (and Mando'a) and was wondering if you could help me translating a few sentences. Here is what I came up with so far:
English: I don't know.
Mando'a: Nu ni kar'tayli. (Is it 'ne' or 'nu'?)
English original sentence: I don't want anyone else to know you, the way I know you.
Proposed translation based on a somewhat simplified version of the sentence because I couldn't find all the words: Ni nu copaani ash'ad kar'taylir gar, sah ni kar'tayli gar.
(Literally: I don't want someone else to know you, as I know you.)

Re: Looking for translation help
Either ne or nu works just as well, it's more a matter of preference. "as" is sa instead of sah, but other than that it's a great translation. Good job getting the conjugations on the verbs right, a lot of beginners rely on translators and don't get the grammar side very well.
